About these terms

Roll a D6 provides free online dice rollers and short explanations of dice probability. Roll a D6 is operated by the owner of the rollad6.co domain (“we,” “us”). You can contact us at contact@rollad6.co.

Using the site

You may use the tools and read the content for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes, including at the table during a game or in a classroom. No account is needed.

The roller is meant for games, teaching and casual decisions. It is not designed or certified for gambling, lotteries, prize draws, legal or financial decisions, or any situation where an independently audited random number generator is required. Read the Disclaimer for more.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its server;
• send automated requests at a volume that affects the site for other visitors;
• introduce malicious code or probe the site for vulnerabilities without our permission;
• copy the site as a whole, or present it or its content as your own;
• use the site in a way that breaks any law that applies to you.

We may block traffic that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo, dice artwork and code of Roll a D6 belong to the site’s owner unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back to the source. Please ask before reusing anything else.

The site uses the Inter typeface, which is available under the SIL Open Font License. Game names mentioned on the site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe where dice are used.

Links to other websites

Roll a D6 does not currently link to other websites. If links are added in future, they will be provided for convenience only. We do not control other sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site, including the tools, at any time without notice.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available.” The explanations are written carefully and checked, but they are general information. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site’s accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
